Vi har fået påbud fra kommunen om, at vi ikke længere må spille højt til koncerter - i praksis vil vi ikke længere kunne spille livemusik, hvilket er grundlaget for vores driftstøtte og eksistens.

Nabobygningen er opført med utilstrækkelig lydisolering, og under byggeriet advarede vi om, at det kunne føre til problemer, og det er nu gået i opfyldelse.

We have received a request from the municipality, stating that we can no longer play loud music at concerts - this means in practice that we can no longer play livemusic, which is the bedrock of our existence.

The neighboring apartments have bad sound isolation, which is something we warned about, when they constructed it.

Throughout the past 40 years, many people have had personal and shared experiences at 1000fryd!

We want to save 1000fryd, because it is full of history and it contributes greatly to the cultural life in Aalborg.

Zeni Geva is a Japanese noise rock band, led by singer and guitarist KK Null, one pioneering group of innovators and legends.

Zeni Geva was founded in Tokyo in 1987 and quickly found a dedicated fan base in Europe and the US. Their popularity in the west enabled Zeni Geva to be one of the first Japanese bands to tour in Europe and the US with bands like Bastro, Crash Worship, Dazzling Killmen, Don Caballero, Eyehategod, Melvins, Neurosis, Pain Teens, Shellac and more.

Steve Albini rates Zeni Geva as one of his favorite bands. He highlights the band's wide range of influences for keeping the Zeni Geva sound diverse and challenging. Steve also admires the way Zeni Geva embrace the Japanese culture in their sound rather than trying to Westernize it.

Subsequent tours have comprehensively covered Europe, the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia, proving a fast emerging worldwide audience.

Zeni Geva has released 12 albums (5 out of them produced by Steve Albini) on Jello Biafra's Alternative Tentacles, Null's self label NUX Organization, Skin Graft, Neurosis' Neurot Recordings and more. Also ZENI GEVA recorded twice for John Peel Session on BBC.

Narcosatanicos is crackling saxophone noise rock, nothing less!

Denmark has had a wave of noisy, autonomous psychedelic rock and punk. Narcosatanicos are one of the most important bands in this wave.

The young lads play an uncontrollable mixture of punk, acid, jazz and no wave that turns into some sort of massacre for guitar, bass, saxophone and drums.

Energy, anxiety and a raw Stooges-like lust-for-life is fuel to the heathen fire of Narcosatanicos who have quickly become one of Denmark’s most hyped underground bands.
