BEVAR 1000FRYD! (ENGLISH BELOW)

SAVE 1000FRYD!

We have received a request from the municipality, stating that we can no longer play loud music at concerts - this means in practice that we can no longer play livemusic, which is the bedrock of our existence.

The neighboring apartments have bad sound isolation, which is something we warned about, when they constructed it.

There is a signature campaign here - https://www.skrivunder.net/bevar_1000fryd

SAINT KARLOFF

Saint Karloff are influenced by the music of yesterday as much as the world of today. While they are inspired by 70’s occult heavy blues bands like Black Sabbath and early Pentagram, they fuse this riff-fueled retro sound with high energy proto-metal and modern day psychedelic stoner rock. The result is something quite unique.

The power-trio from Oslo made their mark on the international heavy music scene with debut album "All Heed the Black God" summer of 2018. It was praised by international critics, made it to #4 on the prestigious Doom Charts, and was described as «One of five Norwegian metal albums which made 2018 better» by Aftenposten’s Asbjørn Slettemark.

September 2019 they released a split-EP with cult status one-man project Devil's Witches, "Coven of the Ultra Riff", which sold out within a week. The following month their second album «Interstellar Voodoo» dropped garnering praise from critics, and went straight into Doom Chart’s #1 for October. "Interstellar Voodoo" is a progressive and psychedelic one-track journey spanning just over 40 minutes, heavier and more complex than anything the trio has ever done.

Saint Karloff play frequent live shows, and have supported acts like Truckfighters, Weedeater and JIRM, and played Krökbacken Festival, Esbjerg Fuzztival, Oldenburg Stadtfest, Club Sweet Leaf Stockhom, as well as several other gigs from 2018 up until now.

MAGMAKAMMER

The sinister vibes and fuzzy melodies of Magmakammer’s debut album Mindtripper caught the attention of the heavy underground scene the autumn of 2018. The trio, hailing from cold Norway, grew up on black metal and 70s psychedelic rock and both genres come together as sources of inspiration for the band. The hype around the debut has been compared to the early days of Uncle Acid, a band which also serves as a huge influence for the three Norwegians.

Formed in 2015 by vocalist and guitarist Ulrik Jacobsen, bassist Stian Solberg and drummer Lasse Røed. These days the band have their eyes fixed on the stage and live performance, wanting to give the audience of the underground scene a real sonic beating. They are also focusing on finish writing and recording their second album, hopefully to be released the spring of 2020.
