In a remote Himalayan village, the arrival of a new trading season brings difficult choices and growing tensions as the community prepares for its demanding journey through the mountains. Against a backdrop of breathtaking landscapes, Himalaya offers an intimate glimpse into a way of life shaped by tradition, cooperation, and the rhythms of nature. Filmed with local villagers in the Dolpo region of Nepal, it is both a compelling human drama and a remarkable portrait of a culture rarely seen on screen.
