Aalborgs legendariske aktivitetshus og spillested, 1000Fryd, er lukningstruet og har brug for din hjælp! Som følge af en naboklage skal huset gennemgå en massiv renovering, der løber op i flere millioner, og de penge har 1000Fryd ikke.

Stedet har de sidste 40 år haft uvurderlig betydning for Aalborg som by og for alverdens musikalske undergrundsscener både nationalt og internationalt. Det hele er båret oppe af de hundredvis af frivillige ildsjæle, der igennem årene har engageret sig i og udviklet sig med stedet.

1000Fryd er vigtigere end nogensinde og vil gøre alt for at overleve, men vi har brug for din støtte.

Vi modtager ethvert bidrag med kyshånd og er evigt taknemmelige for jeres hjælp.

Aalborg's legendary activity house and venue, 1000Fryd, is in danger of closing and needs your help! As a result of a neighbor's complaint, the house must undergo a massive renovation that costs several million, and 1000Fryd does not have that money.

For the past 40 years, the place has been of inestimable importance for Aalborg as a city and for many different underground music scenes, both nationally and internationally. All made possible by the hundreds of passionate volunteers who over the years have engaged in and developed with the place.

1000Fryd is more important than ever and will do everything to survive, but we need your support.

We welcome any contribution and are eternally grateful for your help.

We want to save 1000fryd, because it is full of history and it contributes greatly to the cultural life in Aalborg.

Track72: "...det her er breakdance musik " Lste jeg p nettet i et interview med manden bag denne plade . Og det er det osse . Men mere prcist er det den musik som aliens fra planet Kebrox* ville holde et breakdance party til. "rockin" er nemlig resultatet af lngere tids udveksling af produktioner mellem TueTrack og disse vsener man i dagligdags tale kalder Xyrex. TueTrack startede sin kulturelle udveksling med Xyrex allerede i firserne da han lyttede til den tidlige hiphop fra NewYork der dengang bar meget prg af trommemaskiner og elektro lyd . Denne musik skabte stor begejstring p planeten og xyrex vsnerne lrte s smt at skabe deres egne lyde og begyndte at rappe til musikken p deres eget modersml. Efter at have fortolket musikken sendte xyrex en kapsel tilbage til jorden med deres versioner . TueTrack lyttede tingene igennem og fandt flere numre interessante og s var det jo kun naturligt at sende dem blandet jordisk musik . Han valgte at sende alt fra easy listening til the Doors og russiske folkesange til stor begejstring. Alle numre p pladen er alts resultatet af ca. 20 rs samarbejde med vsener fra en planet der ligger mere end 18 lysr herfra, og det er jo i sig selv lidt af en sensation. Desuden er der gsteoptrdener fra store amerikanske rapnavne som J.Ro fra ThaLiks, WildChild og danske Nat Ill fr osse rappet p det frste jordiske udspil fra Kehbrox planetens befolkning. - Velkommen til Track72 arkiverne. Booty Cologne: Det er en super-funky kvartet. De har en plade under opsejling i deres eget lille studie, som formentlig udkommer p Superstar. De har skabt deres egen stil ud fra en blanding af funk, dub og soul, og s har de fet Tue Track med ind over...

Wildchild: Actually there is about as much point to introducing an artist as well known as Wildchild as there is to publicly introducing a tidal wave or a national epidemic. After all, there aren't many people who won't recognize his name, or that of his group Lootpack, and no one-nobody at all-who will be able to place one of their platters on a turntable and merely listen. Lyrical spontaneity is the spark that fires the music of Lootpack, and this is especially true of the Wildchild. As all stages of time exist openly in music, Wildchild's lyrics are reliant on the past, aware of today, and curious about the future. Full of drive, clamor, brashness, sadness, and elation of the city, it is hip hop music without any unnecessary trappings. Wildchild is now a lyricist's lyricist, but for all his incredible technical ability, his outstanding quality as an MC is the warmth and joy he communicates through moment to moment creation.

Percee P: "Percee P is one of the most important rappers to never get his due. His style has been cited as a major influence on the likes of Pharoahe Monch (that's him on the 'Lung Collapsing Lyrics' intro) and basically all of DITC (via Lord Finesse, who he battled in '89). He's cut records with everyone from Kane & Kool Keith to Aesop Rock & Jurassic 5 and outshined just about all of them. That's his voice on DJ Shadow's 'Napalm Brain, Scatter Brain'. I could go on... In short, aside from Big Daddy Kane, he's the illest quote unquote fast rapper to ever touch the mic. But because he's only recorded about 18 verses in as many years, not a lot of heads know what's up."
