Aalborgs legendariske aktivitetshus og spillested, 1000Fryd, er lukningstruet og har brug for din hjælp! Som følge af en naboklage skal huset gennemgå en massiv renovering, der løber op i flere millioner, og de penge har 1000Fryd ikke.
Stedet har de sidste 40 år haft uvurderlig betydning for Aalborg som by og for alverdens musikalske undergrundsscener både nationalt og internationalt. Det hele er båret oppe af de hundredvis af frivillige ildsjæle, der igennem årene har engageret sig i og udviklet sig med stedet.
1000Fryd er vigtigere end nogensinde og vil gøre alt for at overleve, men vi har brug for din støtte.

Aalborg's legendary activity house and venue, 1000Fryd, is in danger of closing and needs your help! As a result of a neighbor's complaint, the house must undergo a massive renovation that costs several million, and 1000Fryd does not have that money.
For the past 40 years, the place has been of inestimable importance for Aalborg as a city and for many different underground music scenes, both nationally and internationally. All made possible by the hundreds of passionate volunteers who over the years have engaged in and developed with the place.
1000Fryd is more important than ever and will do everything to survive, but we need your support.

We want to save 1000fryd, because it is full of history and it contributes greatly to the cultural life in Aalborg.
Dat politics is a French electronic band created in 1999.Their energetic live shows explain the cult like enthusiasm that surrounds the French electronic combo as theyve been touring the world extensively over the years.
The music of the duo is often classified under the electropop genre and described as catchy, melodic and eminently danceable. For 10 years, they 've been influential for a lot of young electronic composers worldwide. Since 2002, their music is host by the glamorous electronic rock label Chicks On Speed. They collaborated and played with the main electronic experimental acts such as Matmos, Mouse On Mars, Dan Deacon, Black Dice, Aphex Twin, Squarepusher, Pan Sonic, Felix Kubin, Kid 606 They played at numerous techno parties and festivals all over the world such as Warp Electrowerk in England, Sonar Night, Baltimore in USA, Dour Festival in Belgium or Donau Festival in Austria.
When we say Patric Catani, you need to think Experimental synthesizer and Electronic Music, Commodore64, Eastern Scifi & kids Soundtracks, Rap, Techno, Hardcore and Breakbeat. Nothing less.
Patric Catani got involved with electronic music after discovering the computer game music of the Commodore64 games, Bomb the Bass (Beat Dis), Public Enemy and other Electronic, Dance + Rap music of the mid- late 80s. After a passionate time of ripping his favourite music out of games, he moved on with using the old homecomputers for programming and sequencing his own sounds.
His range of styles could possibly be described as an intense mixture of Electro, Swing, Rap, Soundtrack, Chiptune, Cumbia, Acid, Surf, Bass. But actually no one really knows..
