Aalborgs legendariske aktivitetshus og spillested, 1000Fryd, er lukningstruet og har brug for din hjælp! Som følge af en naboklage skal huset gennemgå en massiv renovering, der løber op i flere millioner, og de penge har 1000Fryd ikke.

Stedet har de sidste 40 år haft uvurderlig betydning for Aalborg som by og for alverdens musikalske undergrundsscener både nationalt og internationalt. Det hele er båret oppe af de hundredvis af frivillige ildsjæle, der igennem årene har engageret sig i og udviklet sig med stedet.

1000Fryd er vigtigere end nogensinde og vil gøre alt for at overleve, men vi har brug for din støtte.

Vi modtager ethvert bidrag med kyshånd og er evigt taknemmelige for jeres hjælp.

Aalborg's legendary activity house and venue, 1000Fryd, is in danger of closing and needs your help! As a result of a neighbor's complaint, the house must undergo a massive renovation that costs several million, and 1000Fryd does not have that money.

For the past 40 years, the place has been of inestimable importance for Aalborg as a city and for many different underground music scenes, both nationally and internationally. All made possible by the hundreds of passionate volunteers who over the years have engaged in and developed with the place.

1000Fryd is more important than ever and will do everything to survive, but we need your support.

FREEDUMB

Freedumb has been a part of the Østfold scene of Norwegian punk rock since the early 2000's. Torstein Eriksen founded Freedumb together with Ole Vanem og Thomas Walland Hansen, naming the band after a song on the album Liberal Animation by NOFX. The line up stayed stayed constant til after the release of The Freedumb Curse (2010). Eriksen continued touring with Freedumb with a different lineup and later put the band on hiatus in the spring of 2012. In 2013 the band reemerged and did two anniversary shows. In 2014, Kim Trøbråten was officially the new guitarist in Freedumb and recorded and toured Feeding The Tapeworm (2016) together with Eriksen and Vanem. In the winter of 2017 Petter Cindahl was recruited as a new drummer and the band went in to the studio to work on their next album. In october disaster stuck, Cindahl passed away and the band was put on hold. In the winter of 2018 Arne-Magnus Fjelle joined the band as the new drummer and the band started to tour again in the spring of 2018.



OUT OF BOUNDS

Her kunne man skrive noget sjovt, men det gør vi ikke, så Out Of Bounds fra Aalborg er en punkrock-trio med elementer fra hardcore som startede med at spille sammen i efteråret 2016. Lyden varierer mellem straight-forward knald på til mere dvælende og detaljerede stykker. Bandet er inspireret af bands som: Pennywise, Deafeater, Bigwig, La Dispute, Propagandhi og meget mere. Selvom bandet er forholdsvist nye på den danske punk scene, har de haft diverse supportjobs, hvor bandet har varmet op for internationale samt danske bands som b.la. Comeback Kid, The Dwarves, Total Chaos, Riverhead, Smertegrænsens Toldere mm.
Bandet lige udgivet deres debut EP 'Eat, Sleep and Greed' igennem b.la. 5feetUnderRecords (DK) og Entes Anomicos (DE).



PÅNGK

PÅNGK spiller minimalistisk punk rock i den tungere ende, med masser af grooves, hook-lines og attitude. PÅNGKS Musik er grundlæggende punk-rock, der trækker på forskellige genre - metal, ska, start 90'er grunge og 70'er-punken - og lyden kan beskrives som det uægte barn af Rancid og NoFX, der ved fødslen blev bortadopteret og opdraget af bartenderen på den lokale bodega i hjertet af Sønderjylland.
