The movie follows the emergence of a Palestinian hip hop scene across Gaza, the West Bank, and inside Israel (also known as "Palestine 48"). The film highlights how young Palestinians are using hip hop as a tool to overcome divisions imposed by occupation and poverty. It showcases the struggles and triumphs of Palestinian artists as they navigate checkpoints, separation walls, and cultural barriers
