Vi har fået påbud fra kommunen om, at vi ikke længere må spille højt til koncerter - i praksis vil vi ikke længere kunne spille livemusik, hvilket er grundlaget for vores driftstøtte og eksistens.

Nabobygningen er opført med utilstrækkelig lydisolering, og under byggeriet advarede vi om, at det kunne føre til problemer, og det er nu gået i opfyldelse.

We have received a request from the municipality, stating that we can no longer play loud music at concerts - this means in practice that we can no longer play livemusic, which is the bedrock of our existence.

The neighboring apartments have bad sound isolation, which is something we warned about, when they constructed it.

Throughout the past 40 years, many people have had personal and shared experiences at 1000fryd!

We want to save 1000fryd, because it is full of history and it contributes greatly to the cultural life in Aalborg.

Non-profit D.I.Y queer-festival med musik og fest. Workshops, foredrag, Dj´s, kunst og en masse andre fede ting. Så grib dit festlige humør og kom til Ålborgs queer festival 2008 fra d.4 til d.10 august.

Scream Club sir det nok meget godt selv.... "...We sound like what would happen if Peaches and Mike D had a love child, and if Biggie Smalls was the Godfather and if our cousin was Darby Crash."... Sådan!..

Scream Club er en electro sexet hop-hip pop punk rock arty glam rap duo fra Olympia i Washington i det store USA. Vi snakker om to styk freaky kvindelige rappere, Cindy Wonderful and Sarah Adorable. To styk superheltinder som har spredt deres budskab over den ganske verden gennem de sidst fem år.

De har samarbejdet med Gossip, Peaches og Busdriver, bare for at nævne et par stykker, så mon ikke der bliver åbnet for en godtepose af electro hiphop lækkerier i aften!

Foruden to fuldlængde albums, har duoen medvirket på et utal af compilations fra blandt andet K records, Chicks On Speed Records, Tiny Sensational, Alphapup Records, Wired Records, Alien8 Records, Ekleroshock Reocrds, Rock Machine Records, Cherchez La Femme Records and Top Quality Rock and Roll Records... Og sikkert også nogle flere!

Som om det ikke var nok, så kommer også Nicky Click fra Durham i Amerika forbi. Stilen er den samme som Scream Club, så det blir noget med electro hiphop-rap og dans for alle pengene. Med hendes egen ord er det såmænd sådan her...
